Campton-Thornton Transfer Station:
Superintendent – Jamin Levasseur
Campton, Thornton, and Ellsworth share a transfer station and recycling facility on Route 175 in Thornton. There are assorted bins and sheds and several balers and compactors for its operations.
Permits are required and can be obtained from the Selectmen’s Office (726-3223 x-101).

The Campton/Thornton Transfer Station & Recycling Center will no longer accept cash payments. Checks or prepaid punch cards ONLY. Punch cards can be purchased in Board of Selectmen’s Office (12 Gearty Way, Municipal Building).
